Kent uprights are manufactured from heavy gauge steel for strength and versatility.  The design is two-piece construction, roll-formed for consistency and supplied in one-piece sizes up to 120" tall.  A unique mushroom shaped tab on the upright locks the Tie Bar in place without bending inserts. Unlike "box-type" designs, Kent uprights may be used without upright end trim because there are no corners or attachments from which protection must be given.
	The standard upright in the industry is 2.5" wide.  In addition to this standard, Kent supplies an upright that is 3.0" wide which provides extra strength and stiffness when needed.
	Kent uprights boast an Electrocoating finish which eliminates rust and fight bacterial growth inside the upright, places where insects can hide.
